You will need:
3 lbs. country style pork ribs, boneless
1 oz. Peppered Rosemary
1/4 C olive oil
1/4 C apple cider vinegar
2 tsp lemon juice
Optional: Favorite BBQ Sauce*

Directions
Step 1: Marinate the meat: Place ribs in a large bowl with a lid or sturdy Zip lock bag. Mix all ingredients except the pork in a small mixing bowl until well combined. Pour mixture over ribs and stir to ensure all the ribs are evenly coated. Place in fridge to marinate for at least one hour, and as long as overnight. Stir or flip ribs occasionally while marinating.
Step 2: Cook the ribs: 30 minutes before cooking, pull the ribs out and leave on the counter to come to room temperature. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a baking dish with foil for easy cleanup. Place ribs and marinade in the prepared dish, cover tightly with foil and bake for 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Check at 2 hours. The ribs should be fork tender. For a browned crust on the ribs, remove foil and broil for 5 - 10 minutes (see notes), watching closely so they don't burn. Remove from oven, tent with foil, and allow to rest at least 10 minutes.
Notes:
*If you like saucy ribs, you can add your favorite sauce and broil before pulling from the oven: Drizzle BBQ sauce over the ribs and broil for 5 - 10 minutes, watching closely so they don't burn. Use Smoky BBQ blend mixed with equal parts water to make a quick sauce. Baste ribs as desired.
If you are in a time crunch you can bake these at 350 for 1.5 - 2 hours instead, but they may not turn out quite as tender.
