They should be called Disappearing Cookies! They are that good! Yield: Appx. 3 dozen
You will need:
21/2 C all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 C butter, softened
1 C granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 TBSP Matcha (Personal preference: 1 TBSP each of Vanilla & Chai)

Directions:
Step 1: Whisk dry ingredients together, including Matcha.
Step 2: Cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla extract.
Step 3: Add eggs one at a time until incorporated into the wet mixture until just combined.
Step 4: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
Step 5: Chill the dough for 2 hours.
Step 6: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 7: Scoop a heaping tablespoon of dough into your hand and lightly roll into a ball.

Step 8: Toss dough balls into powdered sugar and coat. (Make sure they are thickly and evenly coated. If the powdered sugar isn't thick enough, it will melt into the cookies upon baking, and you won't get the beautiful crinkle design.

Step 9: Bake for 12 - 14 minutes until the edges are set (but not brown). The center will still be soft.
Step10: Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
