Ribs in a crockpot. Who knew it could be so easy?
You will need:
1 rack pork ribs. Baby back or spareribs work well.
Several cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 C Sake
1/2 Low sodium Tamari (or soy sauce)
2 oz. Korean BBQ
*Molasses or brown sugar (if desired)

Directions:
Step 1: Cut ribs into 3 - 4 rib segments. Put into a Ziplock bag.
Step 2: Mix about 3/4 oz. Korean BBQ and crushed garlic with enough Sake and Tamari to make enough marinade to coat the ribs in the bag. Adjust the ingredients to your taste preference.
Step 3: Add marinade to the ribs. Coat the ribs well by shaking the bag and massage the marinade into the ribs. Let sit at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 4: Place a rack in the crockpot and place ribs on top. Pour the marinade over the ribs and sprinkle a bit more Korean BBQ on the ribs.

Step 5: Cook ribs on low 6 hours or until desired doneness.
Step 6: Use the rest of the Korean BBQ to make a sauce to put on the ribs when they are cooked. Add it to a pan with 1/4 cup water and mix well. Add 1/2 C Sake and 1 TBSP Tamari to taste. If desired, molasses or brown sugar can be used to add a bit of sweetness. Even more garlic can be crushed in the sauce. Simmer sauce until thick. For a clear glaze, put a small amount of corn starch in a bowl with some of the sauce liquid (or water) stir to combine. Slowly add it to the sauce, stirring constantly until thickened. Brush over ribs when plating.
