Turkey Brine

A tasty brine for turkey or any poultry! In a large stockpot, combine 2 quarts vegetable broth with contents of bag. Bring to a boil, stir frequently, remove from heat and cool at room temperature. Place bird in a brining bag (not included), pour brine over and add enough extra water to cover bird. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Rinse, then cook. 

Brine packet enough for 12-15lb bird.
