We were approached by Nick Palumbo of Palumbo Winery to recreate this blend of Italian spices & Mediterranean sea salt. Nick uses this multi-purpose blend on tri-tip or any other red meat. Perfect on a roast or in sauces. This is a wonderful garnish for Bruschetta.
Hand-mixed with sea salt, parsley, red chili pepper flakes, onion, pink peppercorn.
