Peppered Rosemary

Delicious rub for lamb, pork chops, or pork tenderloin. Brush meat with olive oil and sprinkle on blend. Let rest for 15 min, then cook. For pork tenderloin cut into 1" medallions, sprinkle with ground green pepper and seasoning, sauté in olive oil until cooked through. Remove pork from pan, add some cream and reduce. Pour over reserved pork.
