Kala Namak

This volcanic "black" salt is actually pinkish-grey due to the iron content and other minerals. It's odor is compared to boiled eggs because of the level of Hydrogen Sulfide. Very popular used in Chaat Masala, Raitas, Chutneys, and other South Asian cuisines. This salt is also popular among vegan chefs for adding natural egg flavor to their dishes.
