Jamaican Jerk

Jerk is a spicy blend, excellent not only for chicken, but also for pork, seafood, or red meat.

Whisk together 1/2 cup hot water with 2 tablespoons Jerk Blend. Add 1 tablespoon lime juice and 1 tablespoon spiced rum, marinate 2-3 hours then bake or grill.

Hand-mixed from sugar, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, mustard, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg,  mace, cayenne, chili powder, thyme & ginger.
