Curing Salt

Also known as Prague Powder #1 or tinted cure salt. Essential additive to prevent food poisoning. Used for sausage, jerky, fish and more.

Use 1 teaspoon per 5 pounds or 1 oz per 25 pounds of meat.

6.25% Sodium Nitrite, 93.75% Sodium Chloride as per FDA regulations.

Warning: Not to be used as table salt.
