Creole Seasoning

Our wonderful seasoning for Cajun cooking, Gumbo, or Jambalaya.  Use to add flavor to crab cakes or to sauté shrimp. Brush salmon with olive oil, sprinkle on seasoning; grill or bake.

Hand-mixed from: chili, cayenne, paprika, dill seed, celery seed, Kosher sea salt, allspice, pepper, onion, garlic, filé, clove, thyme & oregano.
