This traditional Argentinian blend is versatile for all meats. It's great as a dipping sauce for bread or on fried zucchini. To make sauce, mix 1 oz of spice with 1/4 cup water. Add 3/4 cup vegetable oil and 1/2 cup vinegar and let sit for 20 minutes or overnight. Marinate meat or use as a dipping sauce.
