Chef Abi's Satay

Le Cordon Bleu-trained local chef, Abi Stout, has developed this delicious variation of an Indonesian Satay. Rub enough on thin strips of chicken, pork, beef or tofu to coat. Thread meat on wood skewers & grill until cooked. Good served with peanut sauce.

Hand-mixed from paprika, salt, garlic, pepper, onion, cumin, chili, cinnamon, coriander, fennel, cayenne, celery, oregano, basil, thyme, sage, tarragon, chervil, chives & parsley.
