A classic blend, this spice mix works great in Louisiana style dishes, on chicken, seafood, pork, shrimp, and burgers. Our Cajun is spicy, but not too hot. If you'd like a hotter version just let us know, and we can take care of it!

To "blacken" meat or seafood, heat butter in heavy sauté pan to nearly smoking, then sear meat in pan, turning, until done.
