Bamboo Rice

Bamboo rice is an all natural product made from short grain white rice infused with pure fresh bamboo juice. When cooked, it retains its lovely pale emerald color and tends to be quite moist. Bamboo Rice is great for sushi.

Preparation: Bring 1 cup of rice and 1 ½ cups of water to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Season as desired and fluff with fork before serving. One cup dry yields two cups cooked.

Ingredients: short grain rice and bamboo leaf extract.
