Autumn Pumpkin Soup

This soup is only available during the fall season.

We make all of our soup blends in house for the freshest possible flavor! Wow your guests with this creamy soup, and serve inside a mini pumpkin for extra points. 

You will need: 1 - 15oz can vegetable broth, 3 Tablespoons butter, 1.5 cups milk, 1/2 cup heavy cream.

In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add vegetable packet (included) and saute just until tender (2-3 minutes). Add vegetable broth & bring to a simmer. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add pumpkin blend (included) and mix well with broth. Stir in milk and cream until well blended. Working in batches, puree until smooth and pour back into saucepan. Heat through and serve.
