Za'atar is a Middle Eastern blend that can be used to flavor many different dishes.
Brush flat-bread with olive oil, sprinkle with Za'atar, and toast. Use it to season slow roasted tomatoes, puree and spread on flat bread. Also yummy sprinkled on hummus. Crush the blend with a mortar and pestle to release the sesame oil for extra flavor.
Hand-mixed from garlic, sesame seeds, thyme, sumac.
