Our combination makes an excellent pepper crust for grilled or seared tuna. There's a little heat with this one, so be warned! Brush the tuna lightly with olive oil and apply seasoning to taste.
Hand-mixed from black sesame seed, black pepper, sea salt, cayenne pepper, lemon zest.
